Reverence Farm is a "diversified, thriving polyculture" in Graham, NC, and this is one of their Jersey girls. She's part of a dairy herd in residence that produces A2A2, 100% organic, grass-fed milk. Reverence Farms is one of the producers that provide their farm-fresh, grass-fed meats, eggs and dairy products to Saxapahaw General store, as well as providing organic, whole food to many customers in the area.
And for someone like me who loves to photograph animals, these cows with their pretty faces and large, expressive eyes make good subjects.
